Block Mounted Prints
Block mounted prints are the chic, modern way to display artwork and provide a unique means to add extra depth and dimension to your chosen print. They are tough, durable and easy to clean, making them ideal for environments such as hotels, bars, clubs & offices as well as being stunning pieces of art that make great centrepieces and talking points for any room in the home. They range in size, sizes available on request (please email us with your requirements for a personalised quote). They are printed onto top quality paper and laminated for protection and durability. They are then pressure bonded onto a light weight but strong foam board panel and finished black or white edges selected to suit each individual print.
Our canvas prints are produced with the very latest Epson UltraChrome K3 8 colour inks with a light fastness of up to 75 years in appropriate conditions. Two coats of Giclee Varnish is applied to protect the canvas.
The canvases are hand stretched over a mitred and wedged kiln dried laminated wooden stretcher frame.(be aware of cheaper frames that do not provide wedged or laminated stretchers as these will have a tendency to warp and the canvas may sag as a result in time to come.)
Our canvases come supplied with all fittings to enable hanging of the canvas. If special requirements are needed for sectary fixings etc, these can be supplied at additional cost.
